This is the latest instalment of 11 Division's "Wanted Ones." We are looking for Wayne Stephen Fraser, 25, of Toronto. He is wanted for:

1) two counts of Break-and-Enter - Commit
2) three counts of Fail to Comply - Recognizance
3) Fail To Attend Court
4) two counts of Possession of Burglar Tools
5) Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
