On Thursday, July 24, 2014, Toronto Police executed a search warrant in the Victoria Park Avenue and Ellesmere Road area.
It is alleged that the following was seized:
- .22 calibre semi-automatic pistol, fully loaded
- 10.5 ounces of powder cocaine with a street value of approximately $12,000
Justin Allison, 25, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking - Cocaine
2) Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
3) Store Firearm Contrary to Regulations
4) Careless Storage of Ammunition
5) Possession of a Restricted Firearm with Ammunition
6) Possession of a Firearm with Altered Serial Number
7) Possession of a Firearm knowing its Possession is Unauthorized
8) Possession Contrary to Order
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Friday, July 25, 2014, courtroom 103.
