Police seek assistance with stabbing investigation, Security camera images released

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance identifying a man involved in a stabbing investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at approximately 5:30 p.m., a man was in the Bay Street/Albert Street area

- he became involved in an altercation with another man

- the other man produced a knife and stabbed him

He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The other man is described as black, 5'10", with a heavy build, short black hair, and brown eyes. He was wearing a black shirt with a white design, black pants, and prescription glasses.

Security camera images are now available.
