Police request assistance with train fatality investigation, Dundas Street West/Lansdowne Avenue

On Monday, July 21, 2014, at 7:03 p.m., police responded to a call for a pedestrian struck collision on the Kitchener GO line in the Dundas Street West/Lansdowne Avenue area.

It is alleged that:

- a group of five males, 17-18, were loitering around the tracks

- a passing northbound GO Train struck one of the boys

The 17-year-old boy suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced at the scene.
