On Thursday, July 24, 2014, Germain Emmanuel, 21, of Toronto, surrendered to police.
He is charged with:
1) Aggravated Assault
2) Assault with a weapon
3) Fail to Comply with Recognizance x 3
4) Surety Warrant executed
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Thursday, July 24, 2014.
