Police request assistance with Sexual Assault/Robbery investigation, Update, Four arrests, one man outstanding

On Friday, July 18, 2014, the Toronto Police Service requested the public's assistance with a Sexual Assault and Robbery investigation.

On Thursday, July 17, 2014, at approximately 11:40 p.m., a woman, 27, was walking on a pathway on the west side of Allen Road and Eglinton Avenue West.

It was reported that:

- a group of four-five men approached and surrounded her

- she was robbed of her personal belongings

- she was thrown to the ground and sexually assaulted by one of the men

- they all fled, on foot, south towards Eglinton Avenue West

On Sunday, July 20, 2014, three boys and a man were arrested.

Bela Gulyas, 19, of Toronto, is charged with:
1) Robbery
2) Gang Sexual Assault

He was scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Monday, July 21, 2014.

Two 17 year-old boys, of Toronto, are charged with:
1) Robbery
2) Gang Sexual Assault

Both boys were scheduled to appear in court at 311 Jarvis Street on Monday, July 21, 2014

A 15 year-old boy, of Toronto, is charged with:
1) Robbery
2) Gang Sexual Assault

Thr boy was scheduled to appear in court at 311 Jarvis Street, on Monday, July 21, 2014

The boys cannot be identified under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

One man outstanding and police are seeking the assistance of the community to apprehend him.
