The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
- between September 2011 and August 2012, the accused sexually assaulted a young girl

On Saturday, April 6, 2013, Kervel Joseph, 20, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) Sexual assault
2) Invitation to sexual touching
3) Sexual interference
4) Sexual exploitation
He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Saturday, April 6, 2013, at 10 a.m.
