The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance with three arson investigations.
On Thursday, July 3, 2014, between 1 a.m. and 3:30 a.m.,Toronto Police and Toronto Fire Services responded to radio calls regarding car fires. The car fires were located in the areas of Main Street and Danforth Avenue, Coxwell Avenue and Danforth Avenue and Queen Street East and Jones Avenue.
Arson is suspected as the cause of the fires. No one was injured.
At this time, the Ontario Fire Marshall's Office and the Toronto Police Service are investigating and would like to speak with anyone who was in these areas at the time and may have witnessed any suspicious activity.
Investigators would also like to remind the public to keep car doors locked and car windows secure when left unattended.
