Public assistance sought identifying e-bike rider in collision investigation

Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance with a collision investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Saturday, June 28, 2014, at approximately 8 p.m., a man was riding an e-bike on Howbert Drive

- the e-bike collided with a parked car

The man was taken to hospital with serious head injuries.

Investigators have not been able to identify the man. He is described as white, in his 20s, 5'9", with a medium build, long brown hair, and a full beard. He has piercings on his left eyebrow and several tattoos on his arms including the word, "LOVE" on his left knuckle and "PAIN" on his right. He was wearing a blue T-shirt and white shorts.
