The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a sexual assault investigation.
On Tuesday, June 24, 2014, a boy, 14, attended the Belle Vie Day Spa, located at 3214 Lake Shore Boulevard West.
It is alleged that:
- the boy was waiting to get his hair cut
- he was offered a free 30 minute massage
- during his massage, the practitioner sexually assaulted him
On Wednesday, June 25, 2014, Tien Quang Pham, 45, also known as "Leon", was arrested.
He is charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
2) Sexual Interference
On Thursday, June 26, 2014, at 10 a.m., he appeared in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West, in courtroom 206.
Police believe there may be more victims.
