The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
- on Friday, June 20, 2014, a 23-year-old woman attended the Oriental Natural Beauty Wellness Spa at 465 Dundas Street West
- during her massage, the practitioner sexually assaulted her
On Wednesday, June 25, 2014, Xin Li Yuan, 41, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, June 26, 2014, in courtroom 101
Police believe there may be more victims.
