The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance with a Break-and-Enter investigation.
On Sunday, June 22, 2014, at 2:30 p.m., police were called for a Break-and-Enter in the Kingston Road/Waverly Avenue area.
It is alleged that:
- a man broke into a home by forcing open a front door
- once inside, the man ransacked the home, taking several items
- the homeowner returned home during the incident and confronted the suspect
- a physical altercation ensued, and the man fled
It is further alleged that:
- forensic evidence collected at the scene identified the man as Dustin Knapp-Legault, 22, of Toronto
- he is also wanted in 41, 43, and 54 Divisions for similar offences
He is described as white, 5'7"-5'9", 130-160 lbs.
