The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an ongoing death investigation:
On Monday, June 23, 2014, at 9:20 a.m., police were called to Heathrow Park, 72 Heathrow Drive, for an unknown trouble call.
It is reported that:
- a City employee was cleaning the sewer drain and filtration system as part of scheduled maintenance
- the employee found what appeared to be human remains
Police attended to find the lower half of an infant.
