The TPS officers, along with Clinton Smout from Horseshoe Valley Resort Riding Adventures by Yamaha and his trained and qualified instructors, will take a group of students from Harwood Public School on an exciting adventure while learning how to safely ride a Motorcycle or All-Terrain Vehicle.

The Toronto Police Service will be supplying the transportation to and from the resort. All students, along with the officers, will travel from the school to Horseshoe Valley Resort at 1101 Horseshoe Valley Road , Barrie, together on the TPS bus.

The expected time of departure from Harwood Public School is 7 a.m., with an expected return time of 4 p.m.

Each student will be properly sized for their very own helmet, chest protector, shin guards, boots, gloves and motorcycle. ATV (four wheels) are available for students who are unable to master a motorcycle (two wheels). Each student will start off with a safety course to familiarize themselves with the operation of their motorcycle or ATV and its controls before heading out on enjoyable trails.
