Man arrested in Indecent Act investigation, Agincourt Library, Fredrick Tennyson Davis, 49

On Saturday, May 31, 2014, at 11 a.m., the Toronto Police Service received a call for a suspicious incident at Agincourt Library at 155 Bonis Avenue in Scarborough.

Upon their arrival, officers were directed to a man sitting in the library holding a cucumber. He was allegedly recognized from an incident in April 2014.

It is alleged that:

- on Monday, April 7, 2014, at approximately 7:40 p.m., a woman, 26, was sitting at a table, studying

- a man approached and sat next to her

- he opened his laptop computer

- he then began to commit an indecent act while holding a cucumber

Fredrick Tennyson Davis, 49, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1) Indecent Act
2) two counts of Fail to Comply Probation

He was scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Ave East on Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at 10 a.m., courtroom 412.

Police believe there may be other victims.
