On Saturday, May 31, 2014, at approximately 4 p.m., police executed a search warrant in the area of Danforth Avenue and Midland Avenue.
Terence Rodney, 21, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with::
1) Possession of firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized
2) Unauthorized possession of a firearm
3) Unauthorized possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle
4) Possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm with ammunition
5) Possession of a firearm knowing serial number has been tampered with
6) Careless use of firearm
7) Careless storage of firearm
8) Carrying concealed weapon
9) Possession of a weapon
On Sunday, June 1, 2014, at 9 a.m., he appeared in court at Old City Hall.
On Monday, June 2, 2014, Tevyn Rodney, 19, of Toronto, surrendered to police at 42 Division and was charged with:
1) Dangerous Driving
On Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at 9 a.m., he appeared in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East.
