Media advisory Saturday, May 24, 2014, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., Toronto Police College, 70 Birmingham Street, Toronto Police Service recruiting South Asian/Middle Eastern women General Information/PREP Session

The Toronto Police Service Employment Unit Recruiting Section will be hosting a South Asian/Middle Eastern Women General Information Session/PREP Session on Saturday, May 24, 2014.

The information session provides important information about how to become a police officer with the Toronto Police Service. This will be followed by a practice PREP session which provides practical knowledge of the physical requirements for the position.

The session will be held at the Toronto Police College, 70 Birmingham Street, and will be conducted by members of the Toronto Police Service Recruiting Section.

This information session is only open to new candidates. Registration is required. Please contact Constable Cindy Chung at sinderela.chung@torontopolice.on.ca or Constable Sunny Khan at humayun.khan@torontopolice.on.ca to register.

We encourage female members of the South Asian/Middle Eastern community (age 18 or over) who have an interest in a career in law enforcement with the Toronto Police Service to come forward and participate in the event.
