Fail-to-Remain investigation, Dundas Street West at Augusta Avenue, Update, Woman, 31, arrested and charged

On Saturday, May 10, 2014, at 2:33 a.m., police responded to a personal-injury collision, involving a pedestrian struck by a vehicle, on Dundas Street West at Augusta Avenue.

On Sunday, May 11, 2014, at approximately 5 p.m., Karen Fyfe, 31, of Oshawa, was arrested. She has been charged with:

1) Fail to stop cause bodily harm

She is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Monday, May 12, 2014, room 101, 10 a.m.

The investigation is ongoing.

The vehicle allegedly involved is a four-door 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix GT.
