This is the latest instalment of 11 Division's "Wanted Ones". We are requesting the public's assistance locating Andrejs Skalde, 64, of Toronto.
He is wanted for:
1) Assault with a Weapon (bench warrant)
2) Uttering Threats (bench warrant)
