22 Division's "Catch 22-Tuesday," Leonard Horassi, 41

This is the latest instalment of 22 Division's "Catch-22 Tuesday."

Police are seeking the public's assistance locating Leonard Horassi, 41. He is wanted for:

1) Two counts of Unlawfully at Large
2) Fail To Attend Court
3) Two counts of Fail to Comply Recognizance
