On Thursday, March 21, 2013, the Toronto Police Service issued a news release for a doctor arrested in a sexual assault investigation.

After the news release was issued, several women came forward to police.
On Tuesday, April 2, 2013, Arturo Sanchez, 78, of Toronto was re-arrested and has been charged with:
1) four counts of Sexual Assault
2) three counts of Sexual Exploitation
3) two counts of Sexual Interference
4) five counts of Indecent Assault
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, room 101, at 3 p.m.
Police believe there may be more victims.
