The Toronto Police Service would like to advise the public of developments in the investigation into Homicide #8/2014.
On Wednesday, February 12, 2014, at approximately 9 p.m., police were called to the Albion Road and Kipling Avenue area for a report of a stabbing.
It was reported that:
- police arrived on scene and located a man suffering from obvious injuries
- the man was taken to hospital via emergency run
- the man was pronounced dead at the hospital
On Wednesday, April 23, 2014, Rogar Bryan, 22, of no fixed address, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) Second Degree Murder.
He appeared in court on Thursday, April 24, 2014, at 2201 Finch Avenue West. Two women and one man have already been arrested and charged in relation to this case.
