The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in a Theft investigation.
On Friday, March 14, 2014, at approximately 8 p.m., a man walked into a retail store located at Laird Drive and Eglinton Avenue East, and stole a number of items.

Police have now identified the man as Brian Colyer, 39, of Toronto. He has been arrested and charged with:
1) Two counts of Theft Under
2) Two counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
he appeared in court on Friday, April 25, 2014, at 10 a.m., at 1000 Finch Avenue court, in court room 306.
