On Tuesday, April 15, 2014, Toronto Police Service Hold Up held a news conference requesting the public's assistance identifying outstanding bank robbery suspects.
On Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at 4:10 p.m., the Bank of Montreal was robbed at King Street West and Dufferin Street .
The suspect was referred to in the press release as the "Pleather Bandit."

On Wednesday, April 16, 2014, as a direct result of a tip from the public, a man was arrested and charged.
Gustav Khan, 51, of Toronto, was charged with:
1) Robbery
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, April 17, 2014, 10 a.m.
