On Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at 4:04 p.m., police received a call for a personal injury collision at Eglinton Avenue East at Brentcliffe Road.
It is reported that:
− a man, 35, was driving a 2011 Harley Davidson motorcycle, eastbound on Eglinton Avenue, approaching Brentcliffe Road
− as a man, 48, was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Impala, westbound on Eglinton Avenue East, turning left on to southbound Brentcliffe Road, the Chevrolet struck the eastbound motorcycle
− the motorcycle lost control and the rider was thrown off
The motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital.
