Police continue to search for wanted man and two women, Update, Arrest made in Kidnapping, Alison Bray, 35, faces 10 charges

The Toronto Police Service is continuing to seek the public's assistance locating three people wanted in a kidnapping and aggravated-assault investigation.

See previous release.

On Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at 5:24 p.m., Alison Bray, 35, of Toronto, surrendered to police. She faces the following charges:

1) Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence
2) Assault with a Weapon (four counts)
3) Aggravated Assault (two counts)
4) Forcible Confinement
5) Kidnapping
6) Overcome Resistance to Commission of Offence

She was scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, on Wednesday, April 9, 2014, room 412, at 10 a.m.

The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance.

At this time there are still two outstanding suspects. John Brown, 44, of Pickering, is believed to be armed and dangerous. Do not approach. Contact police immediately. Elanna Catherine Marki, 41, Toronto, is believed to be in the Midland Avenue and Danforth Road area.
