The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man.
Jeffrey Armstrong, 29, was last seen on Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at 3 p.m., in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.
He is described as black, 5'8", 185 lbs., with black braided hair. He was last seen wearing a black "Ninja"-style outfit.
Police are concerned for his safety and the safety of the general public. He is considered dangerous and should not be approached by members of the public. Please call 9-1-1.
