Sexual Assault Alert, Police request public's assistance with sexual assault investigation

The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a sexual assault investigation and requesting the public's assistance identifying a man.

It is reported that:

- on Saturday, March 29, 2014, at 11 a.m., a five-year-old girl was shopping with her mother in the Danforth Avenue and Woodbine Avenue area

- while the girl was momentarily out of her mother's sight, a man approached the girl and sexually assaulted her
