The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
- a five-year-old girl attended a home daycare at 92 Green Bush Road in the Steeles Avenue West/Yonge Street area
- on several occasions, the girl was sexually assaulted
On Monday, February 25, 2013, Cyril Gayola, 24, of Toronto, was arrested.
He was charged with:
1) Forcible confinement
2) Sexual assault
3) Sexual interference
He appeared in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Tuesday, February 26, 10 a.m., courtroom 306.
A photograph of the accused has been released.
Police believe there may be more victims.
