Fail To Remain – Personal Injury Collision, Ossington Avenue and Northumberland Street, Image of suspect vehicle released

Toronto Police Service Traffic Services is appealing to the public for information in a fail to remain collision investigation.

On Saturday, May 15, 2021, at approximately 10:40 p.m., a fail to remain personal injury collision occurred between a vehicle and a cyclist on Ossington Avenue, north of Northumberland Street.

It is reported that:

- a vehicle was heading northbound on Ossington Avenue and struck a 25-year-old cyclist

- the cyclist fell onto the roadway and sustained serious injuries

- the vehicle is described as a white Fiat 500,

- it fled the scene, northbound on Ossington Avenue

Police are asking local residents, businesses, and drivers, who may have security or dash camera footage of the area or incident, to contact investigators.
