Public Safety Alert, Search warrants executed, "IZMS" and "PURE PILLZ" seized as Controlled Substances in Toronto and Peel Region

Between Sunday, March 2, 2014, and Tuesday March 4, 2014, the Drug Squad executed a series of search warrants relating to an investigation surrounding "IZMS" and "Pure Pillz" products sold online and through several retail locations. A total of 14 warrants under the Criminal Code and Controlled Drug and Substances Act (C.D.S.A.) were executed in Toronto, and one in Peel Region.

It is alleged that several thousand packages of illegal drugs were seized. The sum of the illicit drugs exceeds $300,000 Canadian.

It is alleged that those involved are trafficking illicit drugs under false pretense as legal alternatives to MDMA (ecstasy), BZP and marijuana. Health Canada has determined, through analysis, that the products being sold are, in fact, illicit and fall under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

It is further alleged that police seized $150,000 in Canadian currency, two vehicles, and several computers related to the sale and production of the drugs.

Any business owners and consumers in possession of the described products are asked to contact police to surrender any of the following products:

Methylone (Schedule I C.D.S.A.)
Bliss Hardcore formula R18

Synthetic Marijuana (Schedule II C.D.S.A.)
IZMS – Grape Drank
IZMS – Gin N' Juice
IZMS - Luau Love
IZMS – Bomberry Blue
IZMS – samples

BZP/TFMPP (Schedule III C.D.S.A.)
Freq
Rush

Other substances, yet to be tested, suspected of being Schedule I and III substances:

Meo
Flip
Stiff 4ever

Peter Wookey, 57, of Toronto (charges 1-4, 6, 8-20), Anita Kolevski, 26, of Pickering (charges 1-7), James Breckenridge, 30, of Toronto (charges 1-17) and Hou Feng Wang, 50, of Ancaster (charges 21-24) were charged. Other arrests are anticipated and the investigation is ongoing.

5. Possession for the purpose of trafficking Schedule I

10. Traffic in Schedule II
11. Traffic in Schedule II
12. Traffic in Schedule II
13. Traffic in Schedule II
14. Produce a Schedule I substance
15. Produce a Schedule II substance
16. Produce a Schedule III substance
17. Possession for the purpose of trafficking Schedule II Over
18. Possession of Hashish over
19. Possession of Marijuana
20. Fail to comply with Recognizance
21. Traffic in Schedule I
22. Traffic in Schedule III
23. Traffic in Schedule I
24. Possession for the purpose of trafficking Schedule II

The Toronto Police Service would like to advise the public that these drugs are illegal, and are not a safe alternative. Consumption of these drugs can be harmful or fatal.
