The 23 Division Warrant Office is seeking the public's assistance locating Amarpal Singh, 31, of Toronto.
He is wanted on a warrant for the following charges:
1. Dangerous Operation of a Conveyance
2. Possession of Property Obtained By Crime Over $5000
He is described as 5'8", 190 lb., short black hair and with brown eyes.
