It was alleged that:
- on Sunday, February 16, 2014, at 6 a.m., police responded to a sexual assault in the University Avenue/Front Street West area

On Monday, February 17, 2014, at 11 p.m., police arrested David Jeremy Hodgson, 36.
He was charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
2) Fail to Comply
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Tuesday, February 18, 2014, at 10 a.m.
