The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
- in 2006, a man randomly befriended a woman with a young daughter
- the man subsequently befriended the daughter
- between 2006 and 2009, the man sexually assaulted the daughter multiple times, both in his home and in public places
On Tuesday, February 11, 2014, Patrick Fallon, 64, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
- four counts of Sexual Assault
- four counts of Sexual Interference
- Sexual Assault Threatening
Police believe there may be more victims. Photographs of Patrick Fallon have been released. Prior to living in Toronto, he is believed to have lived in Cambridge and Burlington. He is known to frequent the area of Wellesley Street East and Sherbourne Avenue.
