Arrest made in child pornography investigation, Philip Cuttiford, 49, facing four charges

The Toronto Police Service would like to advise the public of an arrest in an investigation involving child exploitation.

It is alleged that:

- a man was possessing, accessing and making available child sexual-abuse images

- he went online and made arrangements to sexually abuse a child

On Thursday, February 6, 2014, members of the Toronto Police Service Child Exploitation Section arrested Philip Cuttiford, 49, of Toronto. He has been charged with:

1. Possession of Child Pornography
2. Accessing Child Pornography
3. Make Available Child Pornography
4. Make Arrangement to Commit Sexual Assault

He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park on Wednesday, February 12, 2014, 10 a.m., room 501.

Police believe there may be more victims. A photo of Philip Cuttiford has been released.
