The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware an update in a homicide investigation.
On Saturday, October 3, 2020, at 5:14 a.m., officers responded to a call for a shooting at 18 Skipton Court.
It is alleged:
- officers located three people shot inside an apartment
- one man succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased on scene
- the other two victims were taken to a trauma centre with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The deceased has been identified as Gary Douglas Gallant, 36, of Toronto.

Investigators, along with members of 31 Division, have identified a suspect and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
O’Keal Brown, 33 of Toronto is wanted for:
1) First degree murder
2) two counts of Attempted Murder
