On Tuesday, August 18, 2020, the Toronto Police Service's Child Exploitation Section executed a search warrant in the area of Weston Road and Lawrence Avenue West.
As a result of the search warrant, several electronic devices were seized for further examination.
On Tuesday, September 29, 2020, Brody Timko, 30, of Toronto was arrested. He is charged with:
1. two counts of Possession of Child Pornography
2. two counts of Access Child Pornography
3. Make Available Child Pornography
4. Make Child Pornography
He is scheduled to appear for court at Old City Hall on Tuesday, September 29, 2020.
