The Toronto Police Service requests the public's assistance locating a man wanted in a stabbing investigation.
On Sunday, September 13, 2020, at 12:03 a.m. officers responded to a call for a stabbing in Richmond Street West and Brant Street area.
It is reported that:
- two men were in the area of Richmond Street West and Brant Street
- a verbal confrontation ensued
- one of the men stabbed the other man and fled the area on foot
Cyrus Alaei, 22, of Toronto, is wanted for:
1) Aggravated assault
2) Assault with a weapon
3) Fail to comply with release order
He is described as 5'2" and medium build. He was last seen wearing a black toque and black hooded sweatshirt.
He is considered violent and dangerous. If located, do not approach, call 9-1-1 immediately.
