The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man.
Richard Hicks, 51, was last seen on Friday, January 24, 2014, at 10:30 a.m., in the College Street and Spadina Avenue area.
He is described as white, 5'8", 200 lbs., with long grey hair and a grey beard. He was last seen wearing a black 3/4-length pea coat, black pants and a black bandana.
Police are concerned for his safety.
