55 Division's Crime Management Team, in the latest edition of "Wanted Wednesday," is searching for Thomas Newell, 27, of Toronto.
He is wanted for:
1. Assault
It is alleged that:
- on December 22, 2013, the suspect engaged in an argument with another person and assaulted and attempted to choke them
- the suspect fled prior to police arriving
Thomas Newell is described as white with a ruddy complexion, 5'9", 190 lbs., with short brown hair and blue eyes. He has a tattoo on the right side of his neck.
