Derek Dwinnell, 39, of Toronto is wanted for:
1) One count of Assault
2) One count of Fail to Comply with Probation
He is described as 5'10", 170 lbs., slim build, blue eyes, a beard, and has light brown hair.
If located, do not approach. Call 9-1-1 immediately.
