The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest as part of a Sexual Assault Investigation.
The incident happened on Thursday, March 12, 2020, at 7:45 a.m., on the southbound TTC Bus Route 44 - Kipling South between Dundas Street West and Evans Avenue area.

On Wednesday, March 18, 2020, Gabriel Perez, 62, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1. Sexual Assault
2. Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 Years of Age
3. Sexual Interference
He is scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue, on Monday, June 1, 2020, at 2 p.m, room 202.
