Police Seek to Identify Man in an Assault Investigation, Bathurst Subway Station, CCTV image released

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance with an assault investigation.

On Monday, November 18, 2019 at approximately 11:55 am, police were called to an assault at the Bathurst Subway station.

It is reported that:

- the victim was at Bathurst Station on the eastbound subway platform
- as the victim walked toward the exit, the suspect abruptly stepped in front of the victim
- the suspect grabbed the victim by both arms and pushed them towards the subway tracks
- the victim was able to free themselves, exit the station and contact Police
- the victim did not suffer any physical injuries

The suspect is described as a man, 40-50 years old, approximately 5'8", dark chest-length wavy hair, dark full beard and moustache, wearing a tan coloured winter jacket with red and yellow coloured goggles on his head.
