The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
- on Friday, January 24, 2020, a man and a woman were at a bar in the Danforth Avenue and Coxwell Avenue area having drinks
- during the night, the man sexually assaulted the woman twice
On Thursday, February 20, 2020, the woman reported the sexual assault to police.
On Wednesday, February 26, 2020, the man surrendered to police.
Soren Le Goff, 23, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) two counts of Sexual Assault
He appeared in court on Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at College Park Court, in courtroom 501, at 10 a.m.
Police are concerned there may be other victims.
