The 23 Division Warrant Office is seeking the public’s assistance locating Tyson Darcell Caldwell, 32, of Toronto.
He is wanted for:
1) four counts of Assault
2) Utter Threats
3) two counts of Assault with a Weapon
He is described as 6’, 142 lbs., with short dark hair and blue eyes.
