13 Division's "Unlucky 13th," Looking for Jessica Morrison, 32, Facing 23 charges, Allegedly committed offences resulting in a loss of over $100,000, Photograph released

13 Division is requesting the public's assistance locating Jessica Morrison, 32, of Toronto.

It is alleged that:

- beginning in February 2013, she committed a number of offences involving fraudulent bank accounts, resulting in a loss of over $100,000

She is wanted for:

1. eight counts of Uttering Forged Document
2. Procure to Make Identity Document
3. two counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
4. five counts of Fraud Over $5,000
5. Fraud Under $5,000
6. Laundering Proceeds of Crime
7. five counts of Possession of an Identity Document

She is described as white, 5'5", 150 lbs., with long, straight, black hair, and has blue/green eyes. She has a cross tattoo with a snake on her right upper arm, and Chinese symbols on her left inner forearm.
