Joy Parrett, 49 was last seen on Sunday, January 5, 2014, near College Street and Dufferin Street.
She is described as white, 5'2", 99 lbs., with short brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a long, grey winter jacket, beige pajama pants and black shoes.
Police are concerned for her safety.
