The Toronto Police would like to make the public aware of an arrest made in a Sexual Assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
- the man owned a dental practice in the area of Bay Street and Grosvenor Street
- in the month of October 2019, on more than occasions, he sexually assaulted a woman in his office
On Wednesday, October 16, 2019, Herbert Tuvel, 67, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1. one count of Sexual Assault
2. two counts of Assault
He was scheduled to appear in court at 60 Queen Street West, on Friday, November 28, 2019 at 11 a.m., room 111.
