The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man.
Michael Chan, 33, was last seen on Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at 3:30 p.m., in the Warden Avenue and St. Clair Avenue East area.
He is described as 5'6", 165 lbs., long black hair, goatee, brown eyes. He is non-verbal and rides a motorized scooter.
Police are concerned for his safety.
