Futo Teresa Maia, 23, was last seen on Thursday, November 14, 2013, in the Bay Street/Dundas Street West area.
She is described as black, 5' 5", 140 lbs, with brown eyes, and black curly hair usually in a ponytail.
Police are concerned for her safety.
